A Winning Day For Dealers

Jamie Oliver’s Barbecoa was our restaurant of choice to finish Lumino’s first dealer event day on a high.  Dealers from Sweden, Norway, France, Germany and Denmark joined us for the day to meet, learn and have fun.  The day got off the grid with an exciting karting session at the Rye House Circuit where Lewis Hamilton first started his career in motorsport.

After some warm-up laps, a very competitive bunch raced against each other until the chequered flag dropped on our winner Frédéric from Andomia (France) followed by Lumino Sales Director David Best and Simen from Light House (Norway) in a closely fought podium place.  After champagne and trophies, our revved-up guests came over to Lumino House for a full tour of the new production facility followed by lunch and an opportunity to meet the entire Lumino team.

An afternoon of technical training (finally some real work!) and project presentations was soon followed by a bus tour of London projects.  The day finished at Barbacoa by St Paul’s Cathedral where excellent food was savoured and the wine flowed.
